But in other, more dramatic news, I'm officially an old lady. I noticed a couple of weeks ago that the many many years of typing {you know, emailing, Facebooking, working, blogging, Tweeting...} has finally caught up to me. My right hand will randomly turn tingly and/or go numb and sometimes I'll get pain in my wrist too. So being the hypochondriac I tend to be, I immediately freaked and started thinking about how surely I'm going to end up at the Brown Hand Center by year's end. Ugh. I mentioned it to my boss and she showed up with these goodies for me yesterday. A new mousepad with a gooey cushion and a handy dandy computer glove. Geez. Would you like any Metamucil with that, Jess?
I may not look close to 30 {hell, i don't even act 30} but my body has most definitely been around for almost 30 years and I'm not liking it.
You know how else I know I'm getting old? On my daily commute home, the people driving 60mph down the curvy road where the speed limit is only 45mph is reeeally starting to make me nervous. I've never been an overly confident, bad ass driver but getting this nervous now is just ridiculous. Does driving make you a nervous wreck?
Oh yeah, and you know what else? If I catch any of you young whippersnappers texting while driving, you better believe I WILL honk at you. Multiple times. Because if I'm gonna be an old lady, I'm gonna be a crazy one for sure!
Please tell me I'm not the only one whose body is feeling old!?
