For the swap, the max to spend is $20 which may not seem like a big enough budget but it totally is! Especially when you keep an eye out for a good sale! And I don't know about you but the challenge of finding a bargain excites me!

Some great tips for your readers... find out when stores like Old Navy have %'s off... aka, almost ALWAYS online and a lot in stores.
And the same goes for Ulta, or CVS. CVS sends me a "weekend pass" for anywhere from 20-30% off non-sale items EVERY WEEK because I have an ExtraCare card!!!!! Coupons like that help you get more bang for your buck!
Ahh I love finding a good bargin too! I saw you put the Ulta nail polish up there, just so you know all the Ulta nail polishes are $2 DOLLARS right now =) I may have bought 8 lol. Oh plus you can use their $3.50 off a $10 purchase on top of that. So I got
$48 dollars worth of nail polish for $12.50!
The sale has been up for at least a week already though so it might be ending soon.
