Making our place Christmasey

Dec 22, 2011

With just 3 days left until Christmas I figured it was about time I post some pictures of the Christmas decor up at our casa!! I was not feeling the decorating this year so it's nothing spectacular but it makes us happy :) I did promise myself it'll be WAY better next Christmas though. (Especially since we'll be most likely hosting it at our place next year!)...Excuse me for the picture overload.

Welcome to our little casa :)
This is on the gate that you have to come through to get to our front door.

A sign on the wall right by the front door

Front door with wreath my momma made me.
It's not my usual style but it's pretty and I love that she made it for us!
(P.S. our house is 30 years old. Hence the copper door. ha!)

Adorable snowman couple my cousin gave us a couple years ago! LOVE IT!
Love this little hat hanging from the opening into the kitchen
(Don't mind my beef stew makin' fiance!)

I unpacked all this random glass but hadn't put it up yet so my creative
fiance grabbed a couple ornaments and lights
and voila! I think it's cute!

I love my Christmas kitchen towels!

Random little trees and cutie snowgirl on the fireplace

Our tree!

Now, my favorite ornaments!
We got engaged on our trip to San Francisco & Yosemite in '09 so of course ;)

I have all kinds of cupcakes on the tree, this one's my fave!

Ronnie's favorite, of course.

Lots of random stuff on the mantle!

I need to buy my unborn child her own stocking!!
And yes, the cat and 2 dogs have their own :)
There's lot of other little random decor in our bathrooms and in our bedroom...but like I said, the house is 30 years old and honestly I'd rather not show off those areas until they're all spruced up! :p

Can you believe Christmas is almost here? And per usual, I'm not even done Christmas shopping! How about you? Hope you're having a great Thursday!!

Your copper door is awesome! I love all your decorations, especially the ones given or made for you. It makes it more special! I love your mantel with all the stockings. We are so stupid and when we built this house didn’t want a fireplace. I still don’t really care about the fireplace, I just want a mantel!

LOVE your Christmas decorations! You had way more than me. I'm just happy we bought a bigger tree this year now that we have room for it in our duplex.

Merry Christmas!
