I always dread Mondays because after having an awesome two days with my little family, I just don't want it to end. But no matter how upset I am about leaving her while I go to work, the mornings always get things off to a good start.
If I'm not running late, I'll bring her to bed with us for a bit. This is where I just take her all in and admire her little face. And this is where I notice things like the fact that she may have my nose but that forehead of hers is all her dad's doing :)
My favorite part is when she finally starts to wake and I unswaddle her. Once she's wide awake, getting those smiles is the freaking BEST!
(Sidenote: I took these with my phone under very little light so lightening them up has made them blurry... but you get the idea ;)
Violet actually just turned 4 months old yesterday and I can hardly believe it!
These pictures make me excited for the weekend and all the cuddling we'll get to do!! <3

I loved the stretches Mackenzie made when I unswaddled her in the mornings.
Cherish these mornings in bed, if try to bring Mackenzie to bed she immediately stands and try's to climb the headboard. :)

Awww, we have the same morning routine! I bring Ellie to bed with us in the morning and then when we unswaddle her, her arms spring out and she gets the biggest grin.
