I learned a new trick for painting my nails! PAINT THEM AT WORK. Because it's guaranteed that I will be forced to ruin them if I even try at home. Violet, that sweet child of mine, knows just the right moment to have a freak out, blow out, whatever. It's always right after I've painted my nails.
So now, the office balcony is my new place for some "me time" nail painting. And I'm pretty happy with how they turned out - not a nick or smudge in sight. *pats self on back*
I used a polish that I bought at Target a while back when I was on the hunt for a pretty pink/purple color. I was so excited when I found it because it was exactly what I was looking for and seeing the name, it was obviously meant to be mine! ;)

I love L'Oreal polishes. They last a long time too!
So pretty! I used to paint mine at work too. I didn't like L'Oreal when I tried it. I used three coats and it looked like I needed a fourth! But it was a really light blue, maybe that's why. Hmmm...I might have to try this one again.

I only have one L'Oreal (Mystery- a really dark almost black color that's kind of green maybe? LOL) and I agree, the formula was a bit thick. I haven't found any others that I need but this one is BEAUTIFUL!!! Mine lasted pretty well too. And I work from home so talk about painting my nails at work- LOL! all the time!

Aw I love when I fall in love with a polish Target hehe and love it even more when it's just as pretty in the bottle. I tried one L'Oreal color but found it to be super sheer. This looks like a great color though!
